粤港澳华文媒体联合采访团公约

Convention of the Joint Interview Group of Chinese Media in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao
 

为了向全球讲述中国故事、传播中国声音，华博新闻社、共工新闻社、大众新闻报社、大中华新闻社 、世界旅游报、一带一路新闻社、共鸣新闻等香港、澳门、内地以及海外各地具有一定影响力的华文媒体和互联网传播机构决定发起成立长期持续新闻战略品牌“粤港澳华文媒体联合采访团”（下称联合采访团），特制定本公约，本公约对全体发起单位和自愿参与单位均具有约束力，严格遵守执行。具体公约条款如下：
 

For the sake of telling Chinese stories and spreading Chinese voices to the world, Huabo News Agency, Gonggong News Agency, Dazhong News, Greater China News Agency, World Travel News, Belt and Road News Agency, Resonance News and other influential Chinese media and Internet communication organizations in Hong Kong, Macao, the Mainland and overseas decided to initiate the establishment of a long-term and sustainable news strategic brand "Joint Interview Group of Chinese Media in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao" (hereinafter referred to as the Joint Interview Group). This convention is specially formulated. This convention is binding on all initiators and voluntary participating units and is strictly observed and implemented. The specific provisions of the convention are as follows:
 

一 、联合采访团必须旗帜鲜明坚定维护祖国统一和国际地位以及民族团结昌盛，坚定拥护中国共产党的绝对领导，坚决抵制相关不利言论。
 

1. The Joint Interview Group must clearly and firmly safeguard the unity and international status of the motherland and the unity and prosperity of the nation, firmly support the absolute leadership of the Communist Party of China, and resolutely resist relevant unfavorable remarks.
 

二、紧紧围绕联合采访团宗旨积极面向全球华人华侨以及各地讲述传播中国侨务、侨联、文旅、投资、招商、乡村振兴等领域的好故事和声音。
 

2. Closely focusing on the purpose of the Joint Interview Group, as well as actively telling and spreading good stories and voices in the fields of Chinese overseas affairs, overseas Chinese federations, culture and tourism, investment, investment promotion, and rural revitalization to Chinese and overseas Chinese around the world and all regions are requested.
 

三、联合采访团统一制订“粤港澳华文媒体联合采访团”的标识、宣传语和网站链接，所有参与成员单位必须执行加挂显示。
 

3. The Joint Interview Group uniformly formulates the logo, slogan and website link of the "Joint Interview Group of Chinese Media in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao", and all participating member units must implement the display.
 

四、联合采访团参与单位严格服从相关组织单位或联合采访团策划实施开展的相关合作、组织、报道、学习、研讨、考察等采风活动并有义务负责组织、安排和协调。
 

4. The participating units of the joint interview team shall strictly obey the relevant cooperation, organization, reporting, learning, discussion, investigation and other field activities planned and implemented by the relevant organizing units or the joint interview team and shall be obliged to organize, arrange and coordinate.
 

五、联合采访团系自愿组建的非营利性公益机构，除参加相关采访活动外，不组织任何经营活动。
 

5. The joint interview team is a non-profit public welfare organization established voluntarily. Except for participating in relevant interview activities, it does not organize any business activities.
 

六、联合采访团严格遵守采访目的地的相关法律法规和职业道德规范，不利用职业便利侵占相关公共利益或谋取个人私利。
 

6. The joint interview team strictly abides by the relevant laws, regulations and professional ethics of the interview destination, and does not use professional convenience to infringe on relevant public interests or seek personal interests.
 

七、严禁任何单位或个人以联合采访团的名义从事与联合采访团无关的业务，严禁以联合采访团的名义进行欺诈活动。
 

7. It is strictly forbidden for any unit or individual to engage in business unrelated to the joint interview team in the name of the joint interview team, and to engage in fraudulent activities in the name of the joint interview team.
 

八、如任何单位与个人借联合采访团名义进行违法运作或违背本公约并与任何第三方发生纠纷，一切责任均相关单位或个人全部承担。
 

8. If any unit or individual uses the name of the joint interview team to conduct illegal operations or violate this convention and has a dispute with any third party, all responsibilities shall be borne by the relevant units or individuals.
 

九、本公约盖章签字即生效。
 

9. This convention will take effect upon the stamp and signature.
